GROUNDED IN STILETTOS
After defying arctic degrees in 9 inch heels, clenching onto my iced lattés doubling up my mitten game, I feel there should be some kind of participation diploma for surviving New York Fashion Week. And then again.. This place has a vibe so addictive it could have corn syrup in it. One thing that I've particularly enjoyed has been riding the subway, and that is of course leaving out the extensive odour palette experiences that belong with it. In my last post I was praising New Yorkers for their individuality and not least their admirable confidence within that, on the subway, you really get all kinds of people, not two sharing the same story.
So for all like me, who will actively choose a window seat at a café, so you can admire everyone walking by, the subway is your ultimate spot for variety, and should you be so lucky to get into a conversation with someone, you never know which kind of information you're going to leave the journey with.
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND
