ON THE LINE
Okay, OK.. I know. We're all trying to layer off these days in the pursuit of ultimate flesh exposure when the sun manages to break through the clouds, but can we take a moment to appreciate this wool coat I got for an absolute bargain in Mango? I'm a huge fan of those spiking adrenaline rushes that come with high-end in season items, obvs, but there's just as much of an adrenaline kick to be found in a high-street sale steal or a unique vintage find (locate the shops, where the storeowners aren't familiar with the term 'vintage', and instead describe items as 'used' and 'old' - you're most likely standing on a gold mine of awesome future outfits).
MANGO COAT / MIU MIU SUNGLASSES / MANGO CLUTCH / PAIGE DENIM JEANS / REEBOK TRAINERS / MONICA VINADER BRACELET
This post came from total coincidences that happened on the day. I was in Sweden over the weekend to attend a dear friend's wedding, and upon my arrival a sartorial panic hit me, that the outfit I'd packed wasn't good enough, so I rushed towards the high-street, and this coat came along accidentally in the search. It took one train, one plane, two ferries and two legs to get to the magical wedding destination, and waiting on the second ferry, all colours just came together, and so did these shots.
One of my favourite things about running the blog, is creating concepts and really playing with an idea, to create something unique, but sometimes everything else gets ahead of you and naturally just clicks.
I HOPE YOU HAD A BRILLIANT WEEKEND
